The story behind the Designer Series
The Dutch'D team is always trying to come up with new, trendy, original designs. Because we like to give our shoes an eccentric look, we created the "Designer series."
Why?
Designer Roel started the Designer Series out of a passion for originality and creativity. You can recognize the models by their striking appearance and use of the most luxurious materials.
In Roel's words:
It all started with the idea of creating something that didn't exist yet. For a brand, it's important to have its own identity. In my opinion, the Designer series fully embodies this idea. Using two or even three rubber compounds in a sole is very unique. In fact, rubber granules of different colors are fused together. This creates a distinctive marble effect that looks very cool! Don't you think?
Myth Black Marble
The Myth Black Marble model is the first in the Designer series, with more models to follow. The model is characterized by its marble sole and use of luxurious Italian leather, such as suede and nubuck. A combination that works very well with the Myth Black Marble. The Myth also has an embroidered logo that you won't see in other lines, making it quite unique! The removable insole makes the shoe very comfortable to walk in. You can also use your own insole. At Dutch'D, we work exclusively with removable insoles.
Maintenance
The Myth Black Marble is very easy to maintain with a little attention. Here are some tips.
At the time of purchase, we recommend spraying the shoes with a protective spray. See the product Collonil Carbon lab protective spray. The protective spray creates a protective layer around the shoe. Nubuck and suede are very sensitive to water and dirt, so we really recommend spraying the shoe. With daily use of the Myth, we recommend reapplying weekly.
If the model does get dirty, you can always use the product Collonil carbon lab cleaning foam. With very little effort, the shoe will be back in top condition!
